Information about the deteriorating state of health of the LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky does not correspond to reality, said the head of the party's Duma fraction press service Alexander Dyupin, Kommersant reported.

According to him, the politician continues treatment and rehabilitation in accordance with the doctors' plan. Earlier, Telegram channel 112, sources REN TV and Izvestia reported that doctors had re-injected Zhirinovsky into a medically induced coma.

"Vladimir Zhirinovsky's condition has not changed for the worse. He is continuing his treatment and rehabilitation, everything is going according to plan," Dyupin told TASS.

Zhirinovsky has been undergoing treatment at the Central Clinical Hospital in Moscow since 2 February. On 11 March, TASS and RIA Novosti sources reported that Zhirinovsky had been taken out of a medically-induced coma. The agencies' interlocutors claimed that the LDPR leader received documents from his aides, and got familiarized with the news.
