Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has called for the exclusion of Russia from the OSCE. He wrote about this on Twitter.
"Russia’s unjustified aggression and atrocities shattered the very basics of the Helsinki final act. Russia’s participation in the OSCE is a threat to security and cooperation in Europe. If OSCE lacks appropriate suspension mechanisms, then set up a procedure and get them out," Kuleba tweeted.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had stated Friday that the West had basically terminated the trilateral co-chairmanship—comprising Russia, US, and France—of the OSCE Minsk Group.
