UN OCHA’s Director of the Coordination Division Ramesh Rajasingham Ramesh Rajasingham said that the prospect of a nuclear conflict in Ukraine has become possible.

According to him, many civilians in Ukraine remain cut off from food, water and electricity.

And the prospect of nuclear conflict, once unthinkable, is now a possibility again, Rajasingham said.
