Tokyo will allocate an additional $100 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine, said Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, Japan Today reported.

Japan will also support the expansion of grain storage capacity in Ukraine as the harvest season approaches, he said.

Earlier, the Japanese authorities were preparing to provide Ukraine with another $300 million in financial assistance for humanitarian needs. According to Kishida, at the moment the situation in Ukraine remains quite complicated.
