German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said that the Iris-T air defense system will be handed over to Ukraine in the coming weeks, she told journalists in Berlin, reports RIA Novosti.
"Specifically in the field of air defense, where support is primarily requested, we made sure that highly modern systems like Iris-T, so that this system is not delivered to another country, but that it is delivered to Ukraine. This will happen in the coming weeks," she said.
