France will send a delegation to Armenia to assess the situation. Sebastien Lecornu, the Minister of the Armed Forces of France, wrote about this on Twitter.
“I discussed with my Armenian counterpart Suren Papikian the situation on the border with Azerbaijan: hostilities must cease, Azerbaijani [armed] forces [must] return to their initial position. A French delegation will be sent to Armenia to assess the situation," wrote the French Minister of the Armed Forces.
