The city administration, represented by the Air Quality Management Commission, has ordered a ban on construction and demolition of buildings--in addition, residents in the city of 3.5 million people were advised not to use private vehicles and to work from home if possible. At the same time, the administration asks residents to refuse for a time to use coal for heating - at night the temperature in the Indian capital falls to +12 ° C.
