President Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia on Tuesday sent a congratulatory message to President Sauli Niinisto of Finland on the latter’s Independence Day anniversary.

“Armenia attaches importance to the further development of the relations with Finland, based on friendship and reciprocal respect, in all the fields of common interest.

This year marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Finland, which is a significant milestone for valuing joint achievements and foreshadowing new prospects for cooperation.

I am hopeful that with joint efforts, we will strengthen and expand our cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral platforms,” the message reads, in particular.
