Armenian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kazakhstan Armen Ghevondyan has been appointed RA Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan (with residence in Astana). The corresponding decree was signed by President Vahagn Khachaturyan, according to the president's press service.
