Russia wants the conflict with Ukraine to end, but the time factor is not the main one, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"We all want it to end, but it is not the time factor that matters here, it is the substance factor, the quality factor of those outcomes that we provide for our people, for those people who want to remain part of Russian culture and whom the Kyiv junta has stripped of everything Russian for many years with the encouragement of the West," the minister said in an interview with Russia 24 TV channel and RIA Novosti.
