The employees of the Inspectorate on Nature and Mineral Resources Protection of Armenia detected illegally felled 26 oak trees in the woodland of the village Dzoraghlukh in Aparan region of Aragatsotn province.

The total amount of damage caused to the environment is AMD 793,500, the Department for Nature and Subsoil Protection told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Materials of the case were sent to law enforcement bodies.
