Turkey will not join the sanctions against Russia. Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said this at a press conference with the head of the U.S. Department of State Anthony Blinken in Ankara.
"Turkey is not joining the sanctions. We're following the decisions made by the United Nations," the Turkish foreign minister said.
He promised that Ankara will not allow the circumvention of sanctions through Turkey.
