An explosion took place in Nevelsky District of Pskov Oblast, Governor Mikhail Vedernikov informs. The administrative building of the oil pipeline was damaged, no casualties were reported, Kommersant writes.

The incident took place early in the morning of May 27, near the village of Litvinovo, at the Russia-Belarus border.

“Provisionally, the building was damaged as a result of an attack by two unmanned aerial vehicles,” Vedernikov wrote on Telegram.
