On June 9, a major road accident occurred in Aragatsotn Province.

At around 11:30 pm, on the 53rd kilometer of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway, a Mercedes car, driven by 32-year-old Varazdat Gasparyan, left the roadway, crashed into stones and ended up in a field.

As a result of the accident, Varazdat Gasparyan, his passengers - 55-year-old Avetik Gasparyan, 25-year-old Lusine Karapetyan, 27-year-old Samvel Karapetyan - received first aid on the spot from the doctors of the Talin Medical Center, who promptly arrived at the scene of the incident, and then were taken by ambulance to the Erebuni Medical Center. Another passenger, a 5-month-old girl, was taken to Yerevan Sourb Astvatsamayr Medical Centre.

An investigation is underway.
