The seismological network of Armenia on Monday recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 2.8 in the country, at 1:59pm local time, 6 kilometers south of Shorzha village in Gegharkunik Province, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The tremor measured magnitude 3 to 4 at the epicenter, the Rescue Service of Armenia informed.
This seismic activity was felt also in capital Yerevan and Gegharkunik Province.
