As of 14:00, 114,759 voters out of 824,250 took part in the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan (the capital's representative body), which is 13.92% of those with the right to vote. This was stated on September 17 by member of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia Silva Markosyan. She also presented data on voter activity per administrative district of Yerevan:

Achapnyak – 13.83%,

Avan – 15.66%

Arabkir – 15.01%

Davtashen – 15.61%

Erebuni – 11.83%

Kentron –14.37%

Malatia-Sebastia – 12.78%

Nor-Nork – 14.55%

Norq-Marash – 15.88%

Nubarashen – 12.57%

Shengavit –13.2%

Kanaker-Zeytun – 14.91%

For comparison, in the previous capital elections, held on September 23, 2018 against the backdrop of euphoria from the “Velvet Revolution,” by 14:00 201,268 voters out of 848,343 had voted, which amounted to 23.72%.

The CEC of Armenia will announce new data on voter activity at 18:00. This will be a report on the turnout at 17:00 local time, 3 hours before the end of voting.
