Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) representatives have already left for Yevlakh, Azerbaijan to meet with the Azerbaijani side. This is reported by the Azerbaijani media, according to which the Artsakh delegation is accompanied by Russian peacekeepers.
The representatives of Artsakh are going to Yevlakh city along the Aghdam road.
According to the same sources, the meeting is expected at 1pm, and the Artsakh delegation is headed probably by newly appointed Minister of State Artur Harutyunyan.
