Armenian foreign minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with his Lithuanian colleague, Gabrielius Landsbergis, Monday in Brussels, the foreign ministry of Armenia informed.
They reflected on the Armenian-Lithuanian bilateral agenda, as well as the key issues of the Armenia-EU partnership. Both sides emphasized the readiness of close interaction on the EU platform and the closer approach of Armenia to this European integration organization.
As a continuation of the discussion at the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council held on the same day, the FMs of Armenia and Lithuania exchanged views also on regional security and stability. FM Mirzoyan stressed the importance of strong support by international partners to Armenia's efforts to implement the peace agenda.
