Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Edvard Asryan, told this to reporters Tuesday morning at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan—and addressing the question of what problems there are with the supply of arms from Russia to Armenia, and whether it is true that after the war, Russia does not fulfill its obligations to supply arms to Armenia.

"As a military man, chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, I have no right to answer your question in this environment," Asryan told reporters.
