Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas approved the composition of the new government under the leadership of Mohammed Mustafa. This was reported by the Palestinian agency WAFA.

According to it, Mustafa presented to Abbas a programme of reforms that the Cabinet headed by him plans to implement, as well as its composition. The head of the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) familiarised himself with the presented documents and signed a decree approving the new government. It is expected to be sworn in on Sunday, 31 March.

Mustafa himself, along with the position of prime minister, will take up the post of Palestinian Foreign Minister in the new cabinet.
