Lemkin Institute for the Prevention of Genocide reacts to Azerbaijan's statement to the International Court of Justice.

In a statement, the Lemkin Institute noted: "While Azerbaijan was conducting the 'final purge' in Stepanakert, continuing to erase traces of Armenian heritage and identity in Artsakh, it states in the International Court of Justice that it 'offered to facilitate the return of all refugees and internally displaced persons displaced by the conflict who wish to return to their homes.'"
