Telegram became the second most downloaded app in the US App Store social media platforms, and the number of downloads of this messenger on iOS increased by 4 percent worldwide.
Pavel Durov was detained at Paris-Le Bourget Airport on August 24. The next day, his detention was extended by 96 hours.
