STEPANAKERT. - Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan met Thursday with First Deputy Head of the General Staff of Armenia’s Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Enrico Apryamov, and Deputy Head of the General Staff, Major General Stepan Galstyan. They discussed army building matters.

NKR Defense Minister, Lieutenant General Movses Hakobyan also attended the talks, Central Information Department of the Office of NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
