YEREVAN. - The special committee formed by the Armenian public television does not accept applications for the Eurovision 2012, head of the Armenian delegation at Eurovision Gohar Gasparyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

“We have not declared an open contest for the songs. But if we receive some songs we will take them into account. We know all the candidates and will take into consideration everyone who wants to participate,” she said.

Representative of the Armenian delegation refrained from commenting about the rumors saying that the main candidates are Dorians band, Tata Simonyan and Lucia Moon.

One of the rumored candidates Dorians band has recently released a video of the song titled “This is our world”. Lucia Moon is still working on the final version of her song.

Armenia’s Public television has decided to choose the participant through an inner election.
