YEREVAN. – An alarm was received at 12.58 p.m. on Feb. 26 that an accident occurred on Yerevan-Sevan road, a vehicle is on fire and firemen-rescuers were needed.

The firemen arrived at the scene, Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Ford and Subaru vehicles crashed in yet unclear circumstances, and there was no fire.

Before the firemen arrived, Ford passengers Haykaz Aghasyan, 51, Arthur Mamyan, 18, Sadarik Petrosyan, 65, and Subaru passenger Sveta Sargsyan, 63, were hospitalized.

Firemen-rescuers managed to take Ford driver Aram Hovakimyan, 50, out of the vehicle.
