The biggest German air carrier Deutsche Lufthansa AG and Air Berlin Pl canceled more than 460 international flights because of a nationwide strike with the requirement of higher wages.

The strike also involved employees of security services and luggage operators of the leading airports of Germany, Interfax reports.
