YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of Armenia writes: According to Zhoghovurd daily’s information, Judge Vahe Misakyan, who is presiding over the case of third President Serzh Sargsyan who is accused of organizing the stealing of about half a billion drams from the state budget, may recuse himself in the near future.

And what is noteworthy is that Vahe Misakyan started his career as a judge on November 30, 2017, and the decree on making the first steps in the judicial system and becoming judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Province was signed by Serzh Sargsyan himself.

And it is not ruled out that Judge Misakyan's self-recusal is conditioned by this circumstance.
