According to the information at the Hraparak daily’s disposal, during a cultural event in Etchmiadzin, General Manvel Grigoryan played a dirty trick on Armenian Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.

He came up to Abrahamyan and said “mew”. In response, Abrahamyan jumped, was chilled with fear for a moment and then was forced to laugh, showing off he realized it was a joke. The whole Armenian political elite attended the event.
