YEREVAN. – The final round of the Armenian National Beauty Contest is to take place on April 10 in the Academic Theatre after Sundukyan, Yerevan.

As the organizers of the contest informed Armenian News-NEWS.am, 18 girls of ages 18 to 24 will participate in the contest. The leader of the contest will participate in Miss World – 2012. Armenia has not sent a contestant to that prestigious contest so far.

The jury is not known yet.

Earlier Armenian News-NEWS.am informed that a video about the Miss Armenia – 2012 beauty contest posted on YouTube caused a lot of fuss in the media and social networks (it was already removed from YouTube).
