Russia’s Tula Oblast resident, Armenian businessman Gegham Sargsyan, who killed the three burglars who had entered his home, is discharged from hospital.

Komsomolskaya Pravda daily of Russia ascertained from the hospital that Sargsyan will receive outpatient treatment at home, and he will be under the care of a neurologist. He had sustained a closed cranial trauma when fighting the criminals.   

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, the attack on the 52-year-old businessman and his family occurred on April 7, and all family members were at home at the time.

The investigators had earlier informed that Gegham Sargsyan could brought to criminal account for exceeding the limits of self-defense by stabbing and killing the three burglars who had attacked his family, but later it became apparent that he would not be charged.

The final conclusion will be made after a thorough investigation.
