YEREVAN. – A new suicide case was recorded in Armenia’s capital Yerevan on Wednesday. 

The Police received a call at 10 pm, informing that someone had thrown himself from the Victory Bridge, the Police Press Service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

It was found out that the person who had committed suicide was Yerevan resident Arman M., who was born in 1979. 

According to information circulating in the press, Arman, who was working at the Finance Ministry as a supervisor, had texted his brother Artak that he was going to end his life. Arman’s brother had informed this to the police officers, and while the police and Arman’s relatives were searching for him, Arman had already committed suicide.       

The Police are currently preparing a report on this case.
