YEREVAN. – The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) attaches great hopes on PM Tigran Sargsyan because he is a great specialist of the fiscal domain, RPA MP Mkrtich Minasyan said during a press conference on Monday, commenting on Sargsyan’s reappointment as Premier.   

In Minasyan’s words, the PM will continue implementing the programs that started several years ago, and, by mobilizing the Government, he will materialize the programs aiming to improve Armenia’s socioeconomic situation.  

Also, the ruling party MP noted that the economic problems still exist because the global processes impact Armenia, too.

But at the same time, according to Mkrtich Minasyan, Armenia’s Government was able to lessen the economic-crisis-related blow dealt upon the country’s economy, and it will secure a seven-percent growth in the current year.
