YEREVAN. – Governor of Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Region and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) member Sergey Bagratyan resigned on Monday, he himself confirmed reports for Armenian

Earlier Governor of Gegharkunik Region and PAP member Never Poghosyan resigned.

After the parliamentary elections PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan declared the party would not join the ruling coalition as they do not see it useful. This suggests that the PAP will have no ministers or governors.
