Al Qaeda militants escape from prison in Afghanistan

Prisoners, including militants of the radical movement Taliban have escaped from the Afghan prison. The escape on the night of June 8 was carried out from prison in the north province of Sari Pul.

The prisoners blasted the prison wall and ran away through the hole. Three prisoners were killed, part of the escapees was captured. Search of 14 people continues, RIA Novosti reports.
