GYUMRI. – Armenia’s Special Investigative Service finished the investigation of the criminal case regarding the election bribe distribution by the head of the Mher Mkrtchyan museum Shoghik Melkonyan. To note, the bribe distribution occurred during the May 6, 2012 parliamentary Election Day. 

The GALA TV channel in Gyumri city has made a video on the bribe distribution process from a GAZelle vehicle in the Aznavour Square in Gyumri, Attorney General’s Office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Office cancelled the July 21, 2012 decision by the Shirak Police department on rejection of criminal case instigation and, hence, a criminal case is instigated.
