YEREVAN. - Ararat Valley and pre-mountain zone, Syunik and Tavush regions have currently high level of fire danger, Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
On Aug. 28-29 no precipitations are expected. Forecasters predict brief showers and thunderstorms in northern parts of the country in the evening hours and first half of nights on Aug. 30 - Sept. 1. The wind in northern regions will be 3-4 m/s.
On Aug. 28 air temperature will raise 2-4 and fall 7-8 degrees on Aug. 30-31. Wind acceleration, up to 15-20 m/s, is expected in Ararat valley and pre-mountain zone.
In Yerevan, On Aug. 28 - Sept. 1, there will be clear weather, with 18-23 m/s wind acceleration in the evening hours.
