The number of registered Facebook users in Armenia increased by 67, 260 over the last six months reaching 324,180, says Socialbakers statistics portal.

Facebook penetration in Armenia is 10.93% compared to the country’s population and 155.71% in relation to number of Internet users.

The largest age group is currently 18-24 (35%) with total of 110 221 users, followed by the users in the age of 25-34 (29%). There are 47% male users and 53% female users in Armenia.

Facebook social network has over 905 million users worldwide. The U.S. remain the leader on number of visitors followed by Brazil, India, Indonesia and Mexico.

Armenia is ranked 112th in the list of 200 states.
