MOSCOW. – A small talented Armenian girl Diana Adamyan occupied the second place in the Nutcracker International Television Contest for Young Musicians and received the Laureate Diploma 'Silver Nutcracker’ in the nomination of String Instruments. The contest was held from Nov. 1 to Nov. 8 in Moscow, Russia. Another Armenian representing Russia Erik Mirzoyan occupied the first place in the Wind and percussion instruments nomination.

Celebrity musician, chief conductor of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia Vladimir Spivakov was the honorary member of the jury of “The Nutcracker 2012,” kp.ru informs.
