YEREVAN. – The US national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 406.50/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Thursday. And this is the same exchange rate as the previous trading session on Wednesday, and this rarely occurs at the stock exchange.  

Thursday’s sales totaled $2.7 million at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, and all transactions were conducted with the same exchange rate.

The American currency is bought and sold stably at the AMD 405-408.5/$1 range, correspondingly, in Armenia’s cash foreign currency market.
