In Turkey the second court on civil affairs has sentenced the chief coordinator of the Samsun based local magazine Statuko Oqan Baqshi, for praising the murderer of Armenian journalist Hrand Dinq.  According to Turkish Milliet, the speaker of the “Say no to Racism and Nationalism” movement accusing Ogyun Samast announced that the court decision is fair and can become a precedent for punishing xenophobia.

“Say no to Racism and Nationalism” movement applied to court suing the reporter from Statuko Okan Bashi. In the application Okan Bashi is accused of praising the crime and the criminal and for insulting the memory of a person and encouraging the crime.
