YEREVAN.- Turks will try to show the world there is a dialogue between Armenia and Turkey, political analyst Ara Papyan said commenting on relations between two states.

He deems Armenia-Turkey protocols are an attempt to persuade the world community that the dialogue between two countries should not be spoilt by discussions on the Armenian Genocide.

“Ankara considers that doing so it will neutralize Armenia. Now it has to neutralize Armenian Diaspora. The Turkish government is carrying out special policy of diminishing Armenians’ rights. Thus, it will be much easier to eliminate the community,” he told reporters on Friday.

Signing of the protocols was not a success as the sides were not interested in the adoption of the documents.
