In Azerbaijan, a teacher hit his neighbor with an axe in front of the children. The incident occurred in the village of Lankaran, Diryan region. The conflict between the neighbors occurred because of the fence.

According Vesti.Az, the victim was the forester Zaman Kazimov born in 1971. His neighbor, a school teacher Emin Farzullaev, born in 1988, during the argument struck Kazimov twice in the head with an axe. All of this happened right in front of Kazimov’s young children.

Bleeding Kazimov was taken to the district hospital by his relatives, but because of the severity of his injuries he was later taken to the Azerbaijani capital city hospital. Victim’s condition is still heavy, Kazimov is in a coma. Emin Farzullaev is detained.

Note, a notorious Azeri killer Ramil Safarov, a lieutenant in the Azerbaijani military, was extradited on August 31 from Hungary, where he was serving a life sentence – and with no expression of either regret or remorse – for the premeditated axe murder of Armenian lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan, in his sleep, during a NATO Partnership for Peace program in Budapest back in 2004. Azeri killer was welcomed as a hero in his homeland.
