Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alaslania will visit Armenia and Azerbaijan this March. Regional security will be on the agenda, Alaslania told reporters.

He is confident that regional security cannot be ensured by one state and all formats for cooperation must be used. Georgia will be one of the leading countries in this context, he said.

Besides, Alaslania will accompany Premier Bidzina Ivanishvili during his trip to Turkey. In addition to other issues, plan for collaboration between the two ministries will be discussed during the visit.
