Armenia, together with its international partners, has taken on responsibilities to assist the Syrian refugees.  

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan noted the above-said Wednesday addressing the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), in Strasbourg, France.

He stressed that Armenia supports the already-reached agreements in connection with resolving the Syrian crisis at an international level.  

As per Sargsyan, Armenia also welcomes the adoption of the UN Security Council resolution on the eradication of Syria’s chemical weapons.

In Serzh Sargsyan’s words, Armenia has faith that the current situation in Syria will be resolved.
