NATO will not cooperate with the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the alliance chief said in Brussels on Tuesday.

Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Secretary General of NATO, said the organization will work with the CSTO member states separately, RIA Novosti reported.

The Alliance is satisfied with relationship in bilateral format: NATO and CSTO members, he said during the meeting with Russian reporters. The organization chief said it is not necessary to create new institutes of cooperation.
