STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the Hatsi village of Martuni Region and participated in a solemn ceremony of opening a memorial complex commemorating the martyrs of the Artsakh Liberation and the Second World Wars.

The President expressed his gratitude to all those who participated in the construction and stressed the importance of having such memorials to honor the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sake of freedom and independence.

NKR National Assembly Speaker Ashot Ghulyan and other officials participated in the event.
