YEREVAN. – An international conference devoted social networks is underway Wednesday in Armenia’s capital city Yerevan, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informs.

The event is organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office in Yerevan and “Region” Research Center.

The project is implemented by the OSCE Office in Yerevan, with funding by the European Union.  

Approximately eighty participants will discuss civic activeness, transparency in the political process, the correlation between traditional and new media, the social media, and information security.
