YEREVAN. – Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan was not invited to the banquet that was held Monday in honor of visiting Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin.

Kocharyan’s office manager Victor Soghomonyan told the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Soghomonyan noted that Kocharyan traveled abroad last week and he will return to Armenia this week.  

In addition, the second president’s office manager denied the media information that the relations between Kocharyan and Putin have strained in recent times.

“This information has nothing to do with reality,” Victor Soghomonyan stated.
