Istanbul Armenian Hayko Cepkin, who is a renowned rock musician in Turkey, informed that he wants to leave Istanbul. 

During a CNN Turk television program, Cepkin stated that he loves Istanbul, but he will no longer live in this metropolis.

He said that Istanbul has gone out of control and it has become a chaotic city, where people’s level of sophistication has dropped to a great extent and the fears and the stresses have increased.    

Cepkin also noted that due to record-breaking traffic jams, it is even impossible to move around in Istanbul, and there is no longer a meaning in living in this city.    

Hayko Cepkin was born in Istanbul on March 11, 1978. He graduated from Getronagan Armenian High School in Istanbul. He is one of the most popular rock musicians in Turkey.
