STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), or Artsakh, President Bako Sahakyan on Tuesday held meetings with members of the Homeland (Free Homeland Party) Faction and the Artsakhatun independent parliamentarian group of the NKR National Assembly.

The interlocutors discussed the adoption of the 2014 State Budget, informs the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.

Sahakyan gave a high assessment to the aforesaid faction’s and group’s active participation in the discussions of the draft budget and their principal positions. He noted that such a working style will contribute to making the primary financial document of the state more realistic and comprehensive.
